Description Invitation To Bid For Procurement Of Synthetic Sleepers And Accessories 1. The Philippine National Railways, Through The General Appropriations Act (gaa) For Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Sixty-nine Million Nine Hundred Ninety-four Thousand Three Hundred Ninety-one And 38/100 Pesos (₱69,994,391.38) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Synthetic Sleepers And Accessories. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Philippine National Railways Now Invites Bids For Procurement Of Synthetic Sleepers And Accessories. The Scope Of Work Shall Be The Supply And Delivery Of Synthetic Sleepers And Accessories And To Ensure That The Materials Meet The Required Standard And Specification. Completion Of All Works Under The Contract Is Required Within One Hundred Eighty (180) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3.
