Description Invitation To Bid For Security Services (multi-year Contract) (epa) 1. The Philippine National Railways, Through The General Appropriations Act (gaa) For Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Twelve Million Nine Hundred Sixty Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty-two Pesos (php112,969,922.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc); Budget For The Subsequent Years Covered By Approved Certificate Of Budget Inclusion For Payments Under The Contract For Security Services (multi-year Contract). This Project Shall Be Undertaken Through The Early Procurement Activities Guidelines. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. Year Approved Budget Under Multi-year Contract 2024 (8 Months) Php112,969,922.00 For Cy 2024 2025 (12 Months) Php169,454,883.00 For Cy 2025 2026 (12 Months) Php169,454,883.00 For Cy 2026 Once Awarded, The Winning Bidder Has The Obligation To Honor The Succeeding Year Contract With Pnr Based On The Above Schedule Of Approved Budget. The Renewal Of Contract Shall Be Subject To The Guidelines On The Renewal Of Regular And Recurring Services Issued By The Gppb Under Its Resolution No. 06-2022. For The Purpose Of This Multi-year Contracting, The Preparation For The Net Financial Contracting Capacity (nfcc), Single Largest Completed Contract (slcc), Bid Proposal, And Bid Security Shall Be Based On The Abc For 12 Months. The Pnr Reserves The Right To Pre-terminate Contract Without Liability For Reasons Of Budgetary Limitations In Succeeding Years. 2. The Philippine National Railways Now Invites Bids For Security Services (multi-year Contract). Completion Of All Works Under The Contract Is Required Within Thirty Two (32) Months. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
