Description Invitation To Bid For Repair/rehabilitation And Construction Of Bridges Lot 1 – Procurement Of Materials For The Strengthening And Construction Of Various Bridges At Lucena Division (rebid) 1. The Philippine National Railways, Through The General Appropriations Act (gaa) For Cy 2023 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Eleven Million Six Hundred Eighty-five Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-five And 20/100 Pesos (₱11,685,695.20) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Repair/rehabilitation And Construction Of Bridges Lot 1 – Procurement Of Materials For The Strengthening And Construction Of Various Bridges At Lucena Division (rebid). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Philippine National Railways Now Invites Bids For Repair/rehabilitation And Construction Of Bridges Lot 1 – Procurement Of Materials For The Strengthening And Construction Of Various Bridges At Lucena Division (rebid). The Scope Of Work Shall Be The Supply And Delivery Of Materials For The Strengthening And Construction Of Various Bridges At Lucena Division And To Ensure That The Materials Meet The Required Standard And Specification. Completion Of All Works Under The Contract Is Required Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
