The Philippine National Railways, Through The General Appropriations Act (gaa) For Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of: Lot No. Item/description Approved Budget For The Contract 1 Procurement Of Various Filter – Lot 1 Php 2,117,159.98 2 Procurement Of Various Filter – Lot 2 Php 1,004,628.80 3 Procurement Of Various Filter – Lot 3 Php 2,574,762.53 4 Procurement Of Various Filter – Lot 4 Php 373,178.97 5 Procurement Of Various Filter – Lot 5 Php 283,980.00 6 Procurement Of Various Filter – Lot 6 Php 739,348.05 7 Procurement Of Various Filter – Lot 7 Php 1,976,954.94 8 Procurement Of Various Filter – Lot 8 Php 127,943.17 9 Procurement Of Various Filter – Lot 9 Php 793,340.00 Total Php 9,991,296.44 Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Various Filters Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Philippine National Railways Now Invites Bids For Procurement Of Various Filters. The Scope Of Work Shall Be The Supply And Delivery Of Various Filters And To Ensure That The Materials Meet The Required Standard And Specification. Completion Of All Works Under The Contract Is Required Within The Period Stated In Section Vi. Schedule Of Requirements. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
