The Philippine National Railways, Through The General Appropriations Acts (gaa) For C.y. 2023 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Twenty Eight Million Five Hundred Sixty Seven Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Four Pesos And Nine Centavos (28,567,254.09) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Repair/rehabilitation And Construction Of Bridges – Lot 7 - Regirdering Of Various Steel Bridge Superstructure Within Pnr Quezon Area - Lucena Division. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Philippine National Railways Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Three Hundred Sixty (360) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project.
