The Items/goods Shall Be Delivered Within Ten (10) Calendar Days After Receipt Of The Purchase Order And The Notice To Proceed To Pnoc Ec Mine 3 Project Site, Brgy. Little Baguio, Imelda, Zamboanga Sibugay. Pnoc Ec Now Invites Qualified Bidders To Submit Proposals For The Project. Financial Proposals Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Bid Opening. Please Refer To The Attached Technical Specifications For Complete Details.
