The Items Shall Be Delivered To Pnoc Ec Mine 3 Coal Project Site, Brgy. Little Baguio, Imelda, Zamboanga Sibugay Within Ninety (90) Calendar Days After Receipt Of Notice To Proceed And Purchase Order. Pnoc Ec Now Invites Qualified Bidders To Submit Proposals For The Project. Financial Proposals Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening.
