The Philippine High School For The Arts (phsa), Through The General Appropriations Act Of 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Seven Million Eight Hundred Nine Thousand Pesos (php7,809,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Provision Of Janitorial Services At Phsa For The Year 2025 With Ib No. Phsabac-pb-2024-10-002. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Phsa Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods – Support Services Is Required For The Period 02 January 2025 To 31 December 2025. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
