Description Invitation To Bid For Construction Of Coconut Oil Processing Building With Amenities 1. The Philippine Coconut Authority Xi, Through The Dar Pca Joint Project Intends To Apply The Sum Of Seven Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (p7,800,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Construction Of Coconut Oil Processing Building With Amenities With Project Identification Number 2024-11-0472. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Philippine Coconut Authority Xi Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required By 120 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
