The Philippine Coconut Authority Region Xiv- Bangsamoro Autonomous Region In Muslim Mindanao (barmm), Through The Seed Farm Development Project Cy 2022 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Thirty Two Thousand One Hundred Forty Three And 22/100 (php 132,143.22) Being The Approved Budget Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Supply, Handling, Transport And Delivery Of 27 Bags Ammonium Sulfate (21-0-0) And 39 Bags Potassium Chloride (0-0-60) Under Seed Farm Development Project 2022 .quotation Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Philippine Coconut Authority Region Xiv-barmm, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), As Duly Authorized To Conduct Small Value Procurement, In Accordance With Section 53.9 Small Value Procurement In The Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations Of The Republic Act 9184, Hereby Invites All Interested Suppliers/bidders To Offer Their Lowest Government Price. 3.
