The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (pcso), Through The 2024 Corporate Operating Budget Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Million Six Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos (php5,670,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of 35 Pieces Automated External Defibrillators (aed) For Distribution To The Province Of Ilocos Norte (identification No.: Pr No. 01-22-240037). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Pcso Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Fifteen (15) Days From The Date Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
