Description Invitation To Bid For Supply, Delivery, Installation, Configuration, Testing And Commissioning Of The Replacement Parts Of The High-frequency Radar (hfr) Stations 1. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical And Astronomical Services Administration (pagasa), Through The 2025 National Expenditure Program (nep) Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Eight Hundred Seventy-four Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (php1,874,500.00) Only, Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The “supply, Delivery, Installation, Configuration, Testing And Commissioning Of The Replacement Parts For The High-frequency Radar (hfr) Stations”, Pr 2024-10-0730 Epa / Ib 2024-61 Epa. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Pagasa Now Invites Bids For The Early Procurement Activity (epa) For The Above Procurement Project, In Accordance With The Provision Under Appendix 31 Of The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of The Republic Act (ra) 9184. Delivery Of The Goods Shall Be Made Within Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Price Is Inclusive Of Vat And All Other Applicable Taxes. Price Validity Is One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
