Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical And Astronomical Services Administration (pagasa) Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Required Is Ninety (90) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project.
