Procurement of a total of 239 Chairs in the framework of the Purchase Agreement under the Project No. Ginop-2.3.1-20-2020-00007 for Part of the A and B Buildings of the Science and Innovation Park of the University of Pécs According to the Technical Description: ○ 81 Office Swivel Chairs ○ 32 Conference Chairs (conference chair) ○ 12 Meeting Chairs (conference chairs) ○ 8 Stackable Bar Stools ○ 16 Tea Kitchen Chairs ○ 8 Standing/Medium Height Bar Stools ○ 16 Conference Chairs ○ 30 Conference Chairs with Writing Board ○ 16 Bar Stools ○ 20 Tea Kitchen Chairs (bar stools), Round Responsibilities of the winning bidder with floor plan seating: - Delivery of the furniture to the site, - Transfer of possession, ownership, - Instruction in its use (as far as this can be interpreted), - On-site assembly, fixing and installation of the furniture that arrives assembled on a sheet or in several pieces, - Delivery of the packaging material, - Minimum 12-month warranty for all furniture and shades. The Equipment and Personnel Necessary for Unloading and Loading are not provided by the Bidder. The Bidder Prescribes the Procurement of Equipment Suitable for Intended Use. The Bidder accepts only new, unused furniture and equipment. Please enter the offered products in the "price detail" and the offer prices in net price according to the quantity unit of each product listed in the price table. Please display the total value broken down into net price and gross price. The prices must include all costs and fees related to the performance (e.g. shipping, production costs, assembly, etc.), which should not be shown separately. The exact description of the subject of the public procurement can be found in the technical description and other public procurement documents. As part of the Offer, the Bidder may Bid for Products with Technical Parameters Equivalent to or Better than those stated in the Technical Description. Tenderer Calls Attention to No. 321/2015. References to a specific product or type in the invitation to initiate the procedure, as well as in the public procurement documents, were made only for the purpose of clearly defining the subject of the public procurement. If the Call for Bids as well as the Public Procurement Document Contains a Reference to a Specific Product, Origin, Type of Item, Activity, Article 321/2015. (x.30.) Government Ord. Pursuant to Paragraph (3) of Section 46, the Bidder Accepts a Product Equivalent in All Aspects. Equivalence must be proved to the Bidder. Construction work is currently taking place on the site designated as the place of execution, the buildings are currently being remodeled, therefore there is no possibility to visit the site. Among the buildings located on the site, the furniture and the blinds will be installed in the buildings marked with the codes "nyae" and "nybe" in the "site data" appendix. Furniture and shades must be placed and installed in Nyae Building A on three levels (basement, mezzanine, 1st floor), Nybe Building B on two levels (ground floor, first floor). Inside the Buildings, the Movement of Furniture and Shades Between Floors Must Be Solved by Stairs.. The Procurement Is Related To A Project And/or Program Financed By European Union Funds: Yes
