The subject of the Contract (hereinafter also referred to as the "Work") is the Supply, Implementation and Installation of the Wms System for the Effective Management of Warehouse Operations in a High-Density Storage System with Radioshuttle Technology, Including Pick to Light (p2l) Delivery. The subject of the performance is also transport, putting it into trial (pilot) and full (live) operation, including the training of the Employer's employees, and the implementation of technical support within the scope and under the conditions stipulated in the Business Terms of the Employer, i.e. The Contract for the Work and the Agreement for the Provision of License and Related Services Forming an Integral Part of this Tender Documentation (Annex No. 5).
