Description Invitation To Bid For Design And Build Of Three-storey Ospital Ng Palawan Annex Building (re-bid) 1. The Ospital Ng Palawan, Through The Sub-allotment Fund And Internally Generated Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Eleven Million Sixty-two Thousand Seven Hundred Four Pesos & 34/100 (p111,062,704.34) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Design And Build Of Three-storey Ospital Ng Palawan Annex Building (re-bid) Under Ib-infra-2024-04-a. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Ospital Ng Palawan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Six Hundred Calendar Days (600 Cd). Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. The Eligibility Of Design And Build Contractors Shall Be Based On Provisions Of Annex ‘g’, Irr / R.a. No. 9184, Including Legal, Technical And Financial Requirements. In The Technical Requirements, The Design And Build Contractor [ As In Solo Or In Joint Venture/ Consortia] Should Be Able To Comply With The Experience Requirement Under The Irr/ R.a. No. 9184, Where One (1) Of The Parties [ In A Joint Venture/ Consortia] Should Have Completed At Least One (1) Similar Project, Both In Design And Build, With At Least 50% Of The Cost Of The Abc Of The Project. The Joint Venture/ Consortia Contractor Must Also Submit Class ‘a’ And Class ‘b’ Documents. 4. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Evaluation With A Point System, As Specified In Annex G Of Irr/r.a. 9184. 5.
