Description Invitation To Bid For [re-bidding] Procurement Of Health Maintenance Organization (hmo) And Executive Checkup For The Office Of The Solicitor General 1. The Office Of The Solicitor General, Through Republic Act (ra) No. 11975 Or The General Appropriations Act Of Fy 2024 (under The Special Account In The General Fund) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Eleven Million Eight Hundred Twenty Two Thousand Pesos (php11,822,000.00) For Lot 1 – Health Maintenance Organization (hmo), And One Million Seven Hundred Twenty-eight Thousand Pesos (php1,728,000.00) For Lot 2 – Executive Checkup / Osg Pr No. 023-12-240 Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Each Lot. Bids Received In Excess Of The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Osg Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. The Hmo Services Shall Be Made Available To The Osg After The Hmo Has Received A Notice To Proceed From Osg. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Ra No. 9184. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra No. 5183. 4.
