Scope Of Work the Scope Of The Hhs Special Programs Division (spd) Entails Supporting Enterprise-wide Recruitment And Hiring Efforts, Activities, And Administrative Requirements To Fulfill The Department’s Strategic Priorities And Overall Goals. To Do This, The Office Of Human Resources, Special Programs Division Will Contract And Partner With Handshake To Obtain “premium” Licenses For Immediate Digital Platform Access.
