Numera Palvelut Oy's Procurement Unit Requests Bids from its Clients for Housing Remodeling Works Pursuant to the Disability Services Act, the Health Care Act and the Social Welfare Act, in accordance with the Tender Request Documents. The object of the procurement is the Statutory Disability Services' Necessary Home Renovation Work Due to a Person's Disability or Illness, the Elderly Services' Home Renovation Work, as well as Premises Renovation Work. Alterations to be procured include, for example, widening of doors, construction of ramps, installation of a bathroom, toilet or water pipe, lighting alteration works and adding contrasts, changing fixed furniture and construction and decoration materials, as well as similar other construction works carried out in the person's permanent residence. Alterations to apartments also include the planning of alteration works as well as the removal of obstacles from the immediate vicinity of the apartment.
