This Request For Proposal (the “rfp”) Is An Invitation By The Regional Municipality Of Niagara (“niagara Region”) To Prospective Proponents To Submit Proposals For The Supply, Conversion, Delivery And Service Of Emergency Response Vehicles (ervs) As Required By Niagara Emergency Medical Services (nems). Project Overview Prospective Proponents Are Invited To Submit Proposals For The Supply, Conversion, Delivery, And Service Of The Following New Vehicles: 2025 Full-size All Wheel Drive Chevrolet Tahoe Police Pursuit Vehicle (ppv) All Wheel Drive (awd); And 2025 Ford F-250 Extra Luxurious Truck (xlt) Special Service Vehicle (ssv) Vehicle Conversion Must Comply With The Current Ministry Of Health (moh) Ontario Provincial Land Ambulance And Emergency Response Vehicle Standard (“the Moh Vehicle Standard”) At The Time Of Delivery And Nems Conversion Specification Requirements, As Further Described In Section A Of The Rfp Particulars (appendix B) (the “deliverables”).
