This Invitation To Tender (the “rft”) Is An Invitation By The Regional Municipality Of Niagara (“niagara Region”) To Prospective Bidders To Submit Bids For Peer Street Saeo Office Ceiling And Lighting Renovation, as Further Described In Section A Of The Rft Particulars (appendix B) (the “deliverables”).  The Saeo Building At 5853 Peer Street In Niagara Falls Is One Of Four Social Assistance Buildings Operated By The Regional Municipality Of Niagara (the Region) Community Services Division. This 22,100 Sq Ft - 2 Story Building Was Built In 1965. The Fluorescent Light Fixtures And A Metric (600mmx300mm) Ceiling Grid Are Original To The Building, And Replacement Components Have Become Difficult To Source.  The Scope Of Work Includes The Replacement Of The T-bar Ceiling Throughout The Building, As Well As Upgrading The Lighting To Energy Efficient Led Fixtures.  This Rft Is Being Issued To All of The Successful Roster Listing Developed From Contract 2022-rfpq-107 specifically Category 1.
