This Invitation To Tender (the “rft”) Is An Invitation By The Regional Municipality Of Niagara (“niagara Region”) To Prospective Bidders To Submit Bids For Gradall And Traffic Control, as Further Described In Section A Of The Rft Particulars (appendix B) (the “deliverables”). This Tender Is For The Supply Of Two (2) Rubber Tired 3100 Gradalls or Equivalent, Including Operators, To Perform Various Activities Consisting Of But Not Limited To, Ditching, Culvert Replacement, Shoulder Lowering, Brushing And Base Repair Within The Right Of Way (row) Under The Jurisdiction Of The Niagara Region. Each Gradall Must Come Equipped With A Ditching Bucket, A Tooth Bucket And A Brush Attachment. This Tender Also Is For The Supply Of Two (2) Traffic Control Crews, (one Crew With Each Gradall), Each Crew Will Consist Of The Following: Two (2) Traffic Control Persons, One (1) Vehicle And The Applicable Devices Required To Set Up The Typical Layouts Identified In Book 7 Of The Ontario Traffic Manual.
