The Children And Young People Learning Disability And Autism (cyp-lda) Team Are Seeking A Supplier With Experience Across Regional And Local Networks To Ensure Appropriate Representation And Engagement Of Parent And Carer Voice And Co-production To Support The Work Of The Cyp-lda And Special Educational Needs & Disabilities (send) Team’s Objectives During 2024-6. The Contract Will Run From 01 February 2025 Until 31 March 2026 And May Be Extended To March 2027 Subject To Funding And Satisfactory Performance. This Work Supports A Number Of Cyp-lda And Send Programme Objectives Including: - Improving Physical And Mental Health Outcomes For Autistic Children And Young People, Those With A Learning Disability Or Send. - Reduce Health Inequalities For Autistic Children And Young People, Those With A Learning Disability, Or Send. - Reducing Reliance On Mental Health Inpatient Care For People With A Learning Disability, Autism Or Both, Of All Ages. - Improving The Quality Of Mental Health Inpatient Services For People With A Learning Disability, Autism Or Both, Of All Ages.
