Description Invitation To Bid For Laboratory Fixtures Materials, And Consumables Project Reference No.: Goods2024-06-0056m 1. The Negros Oriental State University (norsu) And The Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Through The Tuition Intends To Apply The Total Sum Of One Million Four Hundred Eighty- Nine Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (php 1,489,500.00) Being The Total Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Each Item Under The Project “laboratory Fixtures Materials, And Consumables”. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. If The Bidder Shall Bid On All The Items, The Bid Documents Fee Is Pegged At Php 5,000.00. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Item Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Negros Oriental State University (norsu) Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By (60) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 3 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
