Due To The Kind Of Research Taking Place In The Different Buildings And The Different Level Of Alarms In Place, It Is Imperative That All Breakdowns Or Interruptions Be Repaired In The Shortest Delay Possible And The Contractor Will Provide 24-hour/365-day Emergency Response Coverage. The Contractor Shall Perform Scheduled Inspections And Maintenance Servicing All Equipment Included In The Specification.
