Quoted Prices Must Be Entirely Compatible With The Non-price Technical Solution.the Government Intends To Award A Trade-off, Single Firm Fixed-price Purchase Order On An All Or None Basis With Payment Terms Of Net 30. (b) Options. The Government Will Evaluate Offers For Award Purposes By Adding The Total Price For All Options To The Total Price For The Basic Requirement.
