List Of On-going And Completed Similar Projects With Contact Number And Person; 5. Certificate Of Guarantee Issued By The Proponent That All Materials, Devices And Equipment Are Brand New, Free From Defects And Strictly In Accordance With The Technical Specification And Conforms To Applicable Standards; 6. Certificate Of Warranty (unit, Parts, And Workmanship) For The Equipment At Least One (1) Year. Defective Units And Parts Shall Be Replaced With Brand New Parts; 7. Original Product Brochure And Drawing Details Of The Unit Showing All Technical Data, Performance Data, Construction/installation Details, Dimension, Wiring Diagram And List Of Parts Including Specifications; 8.
