Thereafter, If Awardee Has Not Complete Delivery Within The Extended Period, The Subject Purchase Order Shall Be Cancelled And The Award For The Undelivered Balance Withdrawn From The Awardee. Any Interlineations, Erasures, Or Overwriting Shall Be Valid Only If They Are Signed Or Initialed By The Person Signing The Bid/quotation.
