Description 1. The National Irrigation Administration (nia), Through The Government Of The Philippines (gop), Fund 501-capital Outlay (igf), Project Od-emd Intends To Apply The Sum Of Sixty-nine Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (php69,700,000.00) For Lot No. 1, And Twenty-two Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos (php22,100,000.00) For Lot No. 2 To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Various Brand-new Transportation Equipment. Invitation To Bid No. Niaco-s-18r. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Nia Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of The Following Vehicles For The Purpose Of The Project, To Wit: Lot No. Description Quantity Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) 1 Brand New Mini Bus 17 Units 69,700,000.00 2 Brand New Survey Vehicle 17 Units 22,100,000.00 Total Amount Of Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) For Lot Nos. 1 And 2 Php91,800,000.00 Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within One Hundred Eighty (180) Calendar Days From Receipt Of Notice To Proceed For Lot No. 1, And One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days From Receipt Of Notice To Proceed For Lot No. 2. Bidders Should Have Completed A Similar Contract/s Within Five (5) Years From The Deadline Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, With A Value Of At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra No. 5183. 4. Prospective Bidders May Obtain Further Information And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Bac-a Secretariat Office, 6th Floor, Nia Building A, Edsa, Diliman, Quezon City During Office Hours 7:00 Am To 4:00 Pm From Monday To Friday. 5. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Acquired By Interested Bidders On November 19, 2024 To December 10, 2024 From The Given Address And Upon Presentation Of The Following Requirements: A) Letter Of Intent (loi) From The Owner/authorized Managing Officer Indicating The Name Of The Employee Authorized To Purchase The Bid Documents. Bids Must Be Duly Received By The Bac-a Secretariat Through Manual Submission At The Bac-a Secretariat Office On Or Before December 10, 2024, 1:00 P.m. Late Bids Shall Not Be Accepted. 8. All Bids Must Be Accompanied By A Bid Security In Any Of The Acceptable Forms And In The Amount Stated In Itb Clause 14. 9. Bid Opening Shall Be On December 10, 2024, 1:30 P.m.
