Description 1. The National Historical Commission Of The Philippines, Through The 2025 National Expenditure Program (nep) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Fifteen Million Five Hundred Forty-two Thousand Six Hundred Thirty Seven Pesos And 69/100 Only (php 15,542,637.69) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Janitorial Services And Other General Services For Nhcp Central Office And Museums/landmarks For Fy 2025 (early Procurement Activity). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The National Historical Commission Of The Philippines Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required For A Period Of Twelve (12) Months. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
