The National Food Authority (nfa) Central Office, Through The Nfa Capital Outlay Budget For 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Pesos: One Hundred Forty-four Million Three Hundred Eighty-nine Thousand Nine Hundred Thirteen And 09/100 (php144,389,913.09), Inclusive Of Vat, Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract Design And Build For The Establishment Of Nfa Modernized Warehouses In Support To Buffer Stocking Program At Various Nfa Compounds Of Tarlac And Nueva Ecija Branches In Region Iii Under Project Identification Number 2024-18. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Warehouses Shall Be Constructed At The Following Sites: 1. Nfa Compound, Brgy. Brgy. Aguso, Mcarthur Highway, Tarlac City 2. Nfa Guimba Food Center, Brgy. Saranay, Buimba, Nueva Ecija 2. The Nfa Central Office Through Its Bids And Awards Committee, Now Invites Bidders With Pcab License Having A Minimum Size Range “medium B” For Building And Industrial Plant And Corresponding License Category “aaa” With Classification Gb-1/general Building Or Industrial Plant (per Pcab Circular No. 201 Series Of 2017). Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Two Hundred Forty (240) Calendar Days From Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
