The National Food Authority (nfa) – Central Luzon Regional Office Through The 2024 Capital Outlay Budget (cob) – Gaa 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Fifty Million Four Hundred Eighty-six Thousand Three Hundred Forty Pesos And Five Centavos (php50,486,340.05) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Repair, Rehabilitation And Improvement Of Various Nfa Region 3 Warehouses Under Project Reference Number Nfa–2024–rbac–regiii-011. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Nfa-central Luzon Regional Office Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
