Description Scope Of Works: The Works Covered Under This Project Include: 1. Mobilization 2. Fabrication, Painting, And Installation Of Main Steel Sliding Gates, Including The Installation Of Roller Guides And Gliding Trolleys (see Drawings And Plans On Sheet No. A/6). 3. Dismantling, Repainting, And Repairing Of Damaged Steel Sliding Gates To Be Converted Into Secondary Screen Sliding Gates, Including The Replacement Of Roller Guides And Gliding Trolleys, As Well As The Provision Of A Pedestrian Door For Each Secondary Screen Sliding Gate. (see Drawings And Plans On Sheet No. A/6). 4. Installation Of Aluminum Expanded Wire A Mesh With A Frame On The Secondary Steel Sliding Gates. 5. Installation Of Aluminum Expanded Wire Mesh With A Frame On The Inner And Outer Sides Of Steel Louvers. 6. Installation Of Aluminum Expanded Wire Mesh With An Aluminum Frame At The Ridge Vent. 7. Replacement Of The Entire Skylight Roofing (with The Same Corrugation As The Main Roofing) And Selective Replacement Of Damaged Sections Of The Main Roofing. (see Drawings And Plans On Sheet No. A/4) 8. Replacement Of Damaged Purlins And Damaged G.i. Pre-painted Siding Sheet Walls. 9. Replacement Of The Entire Insulation With Double Bubble, Double Foil Insulation. 10. Provision Of Ridge Vent Roofing With Insulation Installed. 11. Replacement Of Dilapidated/damaged Side And Center Gutters With Stainless Steel Gutters. 12. Replacement Of The Entire Siding Downspouts And Installation Of Additional Center Gutter Downspouts With Steel Brackets And Hangers, Including Tapping The Downspouts Into The Existing Drainage. 13. Declogging Of Inside And Outside Drainage, Repair/build-up Of The Damaged Concrete Walls, Columns, And Beams. 14. Replacement Of Damaged Canopy Flashing, Siding Cover, Insulation, And Purlins; Installation Of Stainless Steel Gutters With Downspouts; And Replacement Of The Damaged Cover Sheet For The Roller Guide. 15. Repair Of Roof Leaks. 16. Repainting Of Exterior And Interior Concrete Walls, Columns, And Beams, Including Metal Surfaces Such As Steel Columns, Trusses, Struts, Purlins, Cross Bracing, Steel Frames, And G.i. Wall Sheets. 17. Repainting Of The Roof Sheets (off-white). 18. Painting Of The Entire Flooring, Including Pile Locator Markings Inside The Warehouse (pile Locator Layout As Per The Approval Of The End-user). 19. Repair Of Floor Cracks Using Concrete Bonding Agent, Concrete Repair Mortar And Epoxy Injection Resin. 20. Replacement Of Electrical Lighting And Outlets, Repair Of The Power Supply, And Replacement Of Damaged Circuit Breakers In The Warehouse. 21. Provision Of An Acrylic Nfa Logo With Backlighting. 22. Installation Of Heavy-duty Solar Led Flood Lights And Street Lighting. (see Drawings And Plans On Sheet No. A/5). 23. Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of 1 Lot Cctv Surveillance System. The Security Surveillance System Shall Cover All Critical Areas, Both Indoor And Outdoor (see Drawings And Plans On Sheet No. A/8). 24. Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing, And Commissioning Of Two (2) Units Of High-volume, Low-speed (hvls) Industrial Ceiling Fans. 25. Provision Of A Warehouse Supervisor’s Office And Installation Of A Split-type Air Conditioning Unit (see Drawings And Plans On Sheet No. A/7). 26. Demobilization.
