Description The National Food Authority Misamis Oriental Branch, Through Its General Operating Fund (gof) Will Undertake The Procurement Of Inverter Floor Mounted Air Conditioner For Nfa Misamis Oriental Branch Office Through Small Value Procurement In Accordance With The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act Of 9184. The Total Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Is One Hundred Fifteen Thousand Pesos (₱ 115,000.00) Only To Be Sourced From The Corporate Budget Of The National Food Authority. Labor: (transportation, Mobilization And Other Incidental Expenses Of Technicians). The Work Shall Include The Furnishing Of Equipment, Materials, Tools, Transportation, Labor, Supervision, And Other Services Required To Install, Complete, Test And Make The Installed Unit Operational As Described. B. Materials (cover Piping, Installations And Insulations, And Other Incidental Materials). To Supply And Install The Manufacturer’s Refrigerant Piping System Including Necessary Insulation And Supports. Re-use/rehab Condensate Drain Lines, Replace If Necessary. To Supply And Install The Electrical Wiring Connections From The Power Supply Tapping Point Provided By Nfa. C. Maintenance And Support 1. During The Warranty Period, The Winning Bidder Shall Provide Highly Technical Personnel To Service The Air Conditioning Unit; Including Its Compressors, Components/peripherals Whenever Hardware And/or Any Related Problem Should Occur. 2. Winning Bidder Must Have A Local Service Center. 3. On Call Support Should Be Available Every Working Day. 4. On Hardware Repair, Testing Shall Be Done On-site To Know The Extent Of The Problem. 5. The Winning Bidder Must Shoulder All Expenses Of The Technician(s) Who Will Be Providing The Technical Services On-site During The Warranty Period. Warranty From The Date Of Delivery And Acceptance Of The Product, The Winning Bidder Shall Warrant That The Product Is Free From Defects In Materials And Workmanship And Shall Undertake Repair Or Replacement Of Any Part(s) Or Portion Of The Equipment Without Cost To The Government. Warranty Period Shall Be At Least Five (5) Years On Compressor And One (1) Year On Parts And Service. If The Unit Is Malfunctioning Or Inoperable, The Supplier Shall Provide Maintenance Service Within Seventy-two (72) Hours After Receipt Of Notification At No Cost To Nfa.
