Respondents Are Reminded That This Rfi Is Not A Procurement And Does Not Form Part Of Any Commonwealth Procurement Process.  No Final Decision Has Been Made On The Procurement Requirement At The Date Of Release Of This Rfi.  There Is No Obligation To Respond To This Rfi But Please Note The Information Being Sought Through This Rfi Has Been Identified As Important For Planning Purposes And To Inform Nema Decision-making, In Relation To Establishing The Panel.  If Nema Chooses To Proceed With A Future Procurement Process For The Nems Panel Of Suppliers, Respondents For That Procurement Process Will Be Required To Follow That Process And Submit A Tender Response Through The Appropriate Channel. Nema Encourages Respondents To Monitor And Set Up An Alert On Austender To Ensure They Receive Notifications In Relation To Any Subsequent Procurement Process For The Nems Panel Of Suppliers.
