Description Invitation To Bid Procurement Of Detainees Food Meal Allowance (early Procurement Activity) Itb No. 2024-11-013 1. The National Bureau Of Investigation, Through The Fy 2025 National Expenditure Program Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Two Hundred Fifty-one Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Pesos (php1,251,950.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Detainees Food Meal Allowance (early Procurement Activity) Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The National Bureau Of Investigation Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Five (5) Calendar Days From Receipt Of Purchase Order (po). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, At Least One (1) Contract Similar To The Contract To Be Bid, And Whose Value, Adjusted To The Current Price Using Nso Consumer Price Indices, Must Be At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc To Be Bid. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
