Description Invitation To Bid Procurement Of One (1) Lot Supply And Delivery Of Various Calibers Of Ammunition (early Procurement Activity) Itb No. 2024-11-010 1. The National Bureau Of Investigation, Through The Fy 2025 National Expenditure Program Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Million One Hundred Forty-eight Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-eight Pesos (php5,148, 488.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of One (1) Lot Supply And Delivery Of Various Calibers Of Ammunition (early Procurement Activity) Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The National Bureau Of Investigation Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days From Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, At Least One (1) Contract Similar To The Contract To Be Bid, And Whose Value, Adjusted To The Current Price Using Nso Consumer Price Indices, Must Be At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc To Be Bid.
