Description Invitation To Bid Procurement Of One (1) Lot Reagents/consumables For Dna Extraction And Amplification Of Bones And Casework Samples For Human Identification Using Dna Analysis (early Procurement Activity) Itb No. 2024-11-011 1. The National Bureau Of Investigation, Through The Fy 2025 National Expenditure Program Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million Seven Hundred Sixty-nine Thousand Five Hundred Twenty-two Pesos And Forty-nine Centavos (php4,769,522.49) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of One (1) Lot Reagents/consumables For Dna Extraction And Amplification Of Bones And Casework Samples For Human Identification Using Dna Analysis (early Procurement Activity) Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The National Bureau Of Investigation Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Sixty (60) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, At Least One (1) Contract Similar To The Contract To Be Bid, And Whose Value, Adjusted To The Current Price Using Nso Consumer Price Indices, Must Be At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc To Be Bid. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra No. 5183. 4.
