1. The subject of the Order is the purchase and delivery of a brand new light special firefighting and rescue vehicle with a 4x2 drive system for the Volunteer Fire Brigade in Radecznica, manufactured in 2023. 2. General requirements of the subject of the Order: 1) It must meet the requirements of Polish Road Traffic Regulations, Taking into account the Requirements for Privileged Vehicles, in accordance with the Act of June 20, 1997 "Road Traffic Law" (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 110, as amended), along with the implementing provisions. 2) It must meet the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Interior and Administration of June 20, 2007 on the list of products used to ensure the rules of public safety or the protection of health, life and property, as well as the rules for issuing admission of these products for use (Journal of Laws No. 143, item 1002, of 2010 No. 85, item 553 and of 2018, item 984) 3) Must meet the requirements of the Regulation of the Ministers of Internal Affairs, National Defence, Finance and Justice of March 22, 2019 on Technical Conditions for Special Vehicles and Vehicles Used for Special Purposes of the Police, Internal Security Agency, Foreign Intelligence Agency, Military Counterintelligence Service, Military Intelligence Service, Central Anti-Corruption Bureau, Border Guard, Tax Control, Customs Service, Prison Service and Fire Service (Journal of Laws 2019, item 594). 4) It must have a valid Chassis Approval Certificate. Chassis - Year of Manufacture 2022 Or Newer. 5) It must meet the General and Specific Requirements in accordance with EN 1846-1 or equivalent and EN 1846-2 or equivalent. 6) It must have valid certificates of admission for use in Cnbop fire protection required for the equipment and/or equipment purchased as part of the Task in question. 7) Vehicle And Chassis Brand New, Chassis Production Year Min. 2022, Engine, Chassis And Cab From The Same Manufacturer. 3. A detailed description of the Subject of the Order (list of the Minimum Required Technical and Utility Parameters, Equipment) is included in Appendix No. 1 to the Swz - Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order.
