The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * For Dry and Wet Waste Processing Work (O&M): - One similar work experience of operation and maintenance should not be less than 80% of dry and wet waste processing capacity of MSW plant. - Two similar work experiences of operation and maintenance should not be less than 50% of dry and wet waste processing capacity of MSW plant. * For Civil Work: - One similar work experience of operation and maintenance should not be less than 80% of Estimated Capital Cost for setting-up MSW Processing Plant. - Two similar work experiences of operation and maintenance should not be less than 50% of Estimated Capital Cost for setting-up MSW Processing Plant. - Three similar work experiences of operation and maintenance should not be less than 40% of Estimated Capital Cost for setting-up MSW Processing Plant. The bidder is required to have prior work experience in operation and maintenance of Municipal Waste with proof of successful project completion, with specific requirements: * One similar work experience of operation and maintenance should not be less than 80% of Estimated Capital Cost for setting-up MSW Processing Plant * OR, Two similar work experiences of operation and maintenance should not be less than 50% of Estimated Capital Cost for setting-up MSW Processing Plant * OR, Three similar work experiences of operation and maintenance should not be less than 40% of Estimated Capital Cost for setting-up MSW Processing Plant Additionally, the average annual turnover required is 50% of the Estimated Capital Cost, with a value of Rs. 36094543/- for the last three financial years. The bidder should also have a minimum positive Net Worth, with a value of 25% of the Estimated Capital Cost of the SWM Plant, and Bank Solvency of 20% of the Estimated Capital Cost of the SWM Plant. It is also mentioned that one of the consortium/JV members should have experience of Operating and Maintenance of SWM Processing Plants successfully.
