The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in civil engineering constructions, specifically in works similar to the proposed project. The bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing Asphalt Road Work & Drain & Electrical (road and/or bridge works). The required experience includes: - One contract of 80% estimated tender cost - Two contracts of 50% tender cost - Three contracts of 40% tender cost, of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. Substantially completed works mean those works which are at least 90% completed. The bidder needs to provide details of work performed as a prime contractor or as a nominated sub-contractor, including project name, name of the employer, description of work, contract number, value of contract in Rs. Crore, date of issue of work order, stipulated period of completion, and actual date of completion. The value of similar works completed is to be provided in Rs. Crore. The bidder needs to attach certificates from the Engineer(s)-in-charge to support their claims. For joint ventures, the lead partner should meet not less than 50% of the qualifying criteria, and other partners should have at least 30% of the qualifying criteria. The bidder should also demonstrate access to liquid assets or credit facilities up to 25% of the contract value. A percentage of 20 percent is mentioned as the Employer's additional cost for completing the works, representing the value of the work not completed. The bidder should have experience in works similar to the proposed project, with substantially completed works considered as those that are at least 90% completed. The bidder should submit a certificate from the employer incorporating details such as the name of the work, contract value, billing amount, date of commencement of works, and satisfactory performance of the contractor.
