The Local Government Of Villasis, Pangasinan, Thru Trust Fund, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Forty-three Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Pesos Only (p 343,530.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Supply & Delivery Of Various Agricultural Supplies For Use Of The 11 Marginalized Farmers, Lgu Villasis, Pangasinan. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected During Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Of Villasis, Pangasinan Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of Materials Is Required Within 30 Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 1 Year From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
