The Local Government Of Villasis, Pangasinan, Thru Ldrrm Fund, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Thirty-four Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety-three Pesos Only (p 334,893.00) The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Various Construction Materials For The Construction Of Drainage System At Villasis-asingan Prov’l Rd, Brgy Caramutan, Villasis, Pangasinan. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected During Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Of Villasis, Pangasinan Now Invites Bids For The Supply & Delivery Of Materials. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 120 Calendar Days From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
