The Local Government Of Villasis, Pangasinan, Thru Supplemental Aip 2024 Fund, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Thirty-four Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Pesos Only (p 2,034,940.00) The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Various Construction Materials For The Construction Of Covered Open Mph Gymnasium Open Bleachers (concreting Of Flooring, Installation Of Curved Fascia Cover, Electrical Works & Additional Painting), Pob. Zone I, Villasis, Pangasinan. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected During Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Of Villasis, Pangasinan Now Invites Bids For The Supply & Delivery Of Materials. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 1 Year From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
