The Municipality Of Valencia, Through The Sef Cy 2023 Surplus (lsb Resolution No. 1) Series Of 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Hundred Eighty-three Thousand Three Hundred Eighty-eight Pesos And 31/100 Only (₱ 583,388.31) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Fabrication Of Boxing Ring At Balugo National High School With Pow No.24-05-0343. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. Scope Of Work: Amount 1. General Requirements 1.0 Provision Of Temporary Facilities 18,480.00 2.0 Project Billboard/signboard 6,952.77 3.0 Occupational Safety And Health Program 12,705.00 4.0 Mobilization And Demobilization 21,000.00 5.0 Steel/metal Works 371,450.29 6.0 Miscellaneous Works (plywood, Rope, Puzzle Mat 152,800.25 Canvas And Corner Foam) Total Contract Cost: ₱ 583,388.31 2. The Municipality Of Valencia Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Forty-five (45) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non- Discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From Municipality Of Valencia, Bids And Awards Committee And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below From Monday-friday 8:00am-5:00pm. 5. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Acquired By Interested Bidders On June 3, 2024 From Given Address And Website/s Below In The Amount Of One Thousand Pesos Only (1,000.00). The Procuring Entity Shall Allow The Bidder To Present Its Proof Of Payment For The Fees In Person, By Facsimile, Or Through Electronic Means. 6. The Municipality Of Valencia Will Hold A Pre-bid Conference On June 10, 2024 At Bac Office At 2:00 Pm, If Applicable And/or Through Videoconferencing/webcasting Via Zoom Or Messenger Which Shall Be Open To Prospective Bidders. 7. Bids Must Be Duly Received By The Bac Secretariat Through (i) Manual Submission At The Office Address As Indicated Below, On Or Before June 24, 2024 At 2:00 Pm. Late Bids Shall Not Be Accepted. 8. All Bids Must Be Accompanied By A Bid Security In Any Of The Acceptable Forms And In The Amount Stated In Itb Clause 16. 9.
