Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Local Government Unit Of Valderrama, Antique Now Invites Bids For The Design And Build Scheme For The Rehabilitation/improvement Of Villa Valderrama Mountain Resort Facilities, Cottages, Parking Areas And Various Land Development. General Requirements: - Project Billboard/signboard - Mobilization/demobilization - Occupational Safety And Health Conceptual Design/detailed Engineering Design/drawings: Notes: - Plans, Designs And Drawings Must Consider The Following: *site Development Plan - Complete Plans And Drawings For The Structure Of Duplex Villas, Cottages, Parking Areas And Various Land Development (architectural, Structural, Electrical, Sanitary/plumbing) Construction Phase: - Temporary Facilities, Permits And Licenses, Land Development/parking Areas, Welcome Arc 2.
