The Municipality Of Tuba, Through The Budget For The Contract Approved By The Sangguniang Bayan For Cy 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Million Three Hundred Nine Thousand Pesos (php 5,309,000.00) For Invitation To Bid For Supply Of Petroleum (diesel & Gasoline) Of The Municipality Of Tuba With Project Id No. 2025-01-002 Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Early Procurement Activity (epa). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Award Of The Contract Is Subject To The Effectivity Of The Budget Approved By The Sangguniang Bayan For Cy 2025. Supply Of Fuel (diesel & Gasoline) Not To Exceed The Bid Price Or Quotation; 2. Purchase Of Fuel Shall Be Made At Retail Pump Price; 3. Service Provider Shall Be Responsible In Ensuring The Availability Of Products At All Times. 4. All Purchases Must Be Accompanied By Properly Accomplished (no Alterations) & Approved Gas Slip From The Procuring Entity. 5. Service Provider Shall Send A Monthly Billing (statement Of Account) Every First Week Of The Following Month. Payment Shall Be Made Through Check Upon The Submission Of The Required Supporting Documents. 6. Service Provider Shall Remind The Procuring Entity Two Months Before The Amount Stipulated In The Contract Will Be Exhausted. Grand Total 5,309,000.00 2. The Municipality Of Tuba Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Services Is Required Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
