The Schedule Of Bidding Activities Is As Follows: Item No. Activities Schedule 1 Deadline Of Dropping Of Bids June 18, 2024-8:30 Am 2 Opening Of Bids June 18, 2024-2:00 Pm 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted In Accordance With Relevant Procedure For Open Competitive Bidding As Specified In The Irr Of Ra 9184, With Some Amendments, As Stated In These Bidding Documents. The Contract Shall Be Awarded To The Lowest Calculated Responsive Bidder (lcrb) Who Was Determined As Such During Post Qualification. 3. Bidders Should Meet The Following Major Criteria: (a) Filipino Citizen Or 75% Filipino Owned Partnership, Corporation, Cooperative (b) Completion Of A Similar Contract Costing At Least 50% Of Abc Within Two (2) Years, And (c) Net Financial Contracting Capacity At Least Equal To Abc Or Credit Line Commitment For At Least 10% Of Abc, (d) Pcab License. 4. The Conduct Of Site Inspection Shall Be Done Only Once And Its Schedule Shall Be Determined During The Pre-bid Conference. The Bac-technical Working Group On Civil Works Shall Issue Site Inspection Certificate. Only Those With Site Inspection Certificate Shall Be Allowed To Procure Bidding Documents. 5. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Purchased By Interested Bidders At The Bac Secretariat Office At 2nd Floor, Municipal Hall, Caraycayon, Tigaon, Camarines Sur Upon Payment Of Bidding Documents’ Fee Indicated Above. It May Also Be Downloaded Free Of Charge From Philgeps Website Provided That Bidders Shall Pay The Non-refundable Fee For The Bidding Documents And Presentation Of The Above Mentioned Original Documents To The Bac Not Later Than The Submission Of Their Bids. 6. Deadline Of Submission And Opening Of Bids In Two (2) Envelopes As Specifically Prescribed Under The Instruction To Bidders (itb) Will Be Not Later Than The Date & Time Specified In The Above. Opening Of Bids Will Follow At Farmers Techno Hub, Caraycayon, Tigaon, Camarines Sur In The Presence Of The Observers, And Bidders Who Choose To Attend. All Submitted Bids Must Be In Triplicate And Complied In Accordance With The Itb Otherwise, Bids Will Be Automatically Rejected On The Ground Of Non-compliance With The Prescribed Bid Requirements.
