Bidding Will Be Conducted In Accordance With Relevant Procedure For Open Competitive Bidding As Specified In The Irr Of Ra 9184, With Some Amendments, As Stated In These Bidding Documents. Bidders Should Meet The Following Major Criteria: (a) Filipino Citizen Or 75% Filipino Owned Partnership, Corporation, Cooperative (b) Completion Of A Similar Contract Costing At Least 50% Of Abc Within Two (2) Years, And (c) Net Financial Contracting Capacity At Least Equal To Abc Or Credit Line Commitment For At Least 10% Of Abc, (d) Pcab License. 5.
