Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Cavite Municipality Of Ternate Bids And Awards Committee Invitation To Bid 1. The Municipality Of Ternate, Cavite, Through The Municipal General Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Pesos (p 125,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Venue Accommodation And Food Expenses For Elcac Orientation And Year-end Evaluation. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected In Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Ternate, Cavite Now Invites Bids For The Above Item. Servicing Of The Goods-general Services Is Required For One (1) Day. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years Prior To The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Committed In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii, Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Shall Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
